Todd Hanlin has over 30 years of experience specializing in water resources and infrastructure development.
Project experience includes water supply planning and design for municipal and irrigation clients, municipal water supply master planning, river basins studies, water rights, hydrologic assessments, flood studies, stormwater analysis/design, flood plain delineation, as well as water, sewer, and irrigation system evaluation, design, and rehabilitation; dam and reservoir hydrologic and hydraulic evaluation/design; surface water and groundwater hydrologic studies; and hydraulic structure design throughout the western states for a large variety of municipal, state, federal, Tribal and private/ commercial clients.
Ms. Preston brings over 15 years of valuable experience for a variety of municipal and commercial client in the disciplines of civil and water resources engineering. Her experience includes municipal water system conveyance, wastewater facilities, floodplain analysis and stormwater control facility design; dam and reservoir hydrologic and hydraulic evaluation/design; surface water hydrology studies; hydrologic and hydraulic modeling; and surveying of project facilities. Additionally, she has hydraulic computer simulation modeling experience for open-channel flow and piped drainage systems, and is experienced in the production of technical memorandums, reports, construction level drawings, technical specifications, and project cost estimates. She is experienced with AutoCAD and ARCInfo GIS software and its application to a variety of drainage and floodplain projects.
